Any passenger under the age of 18 will not be provided with Mulled Cider as it is made with alcoholic cider.

1. Pricing Currency & GST 

All prices advertised or quoted by us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. 

2. Bookings are Subject to Availability  

Booking are essential on our cruises as there are limited available spaces and as we are at a private dock, we don’t accept walk in passengers. 

3. Cancellation Policy 

As we are a tourism business and you are joining us while on holidays, we understand you want your travel plans to be flexible.  However, our tours are catered for, and we are a small family run business.  Therefore, if you are running late or decide not to join a tour, we would appreciate it if you please contact us by calling 0422 958 213 to cancel your booking.  

We reserve the right to charge the following fees for cancellations: 

Cancellation within 24 hours of a cruise - 100% fee 

Cancellation within 3 days of cruise - 50% fee

4. Variation of Tours 

From time to time, it may be necessary for the health and safety of our crew and passengers for us to cancel a trip, due to a number of reasons e.g., sickness of crew or inclement weather. In this event we will endeavour to reschedule your cruise or refund your money. We reserve the right to cancel or vary any trip and will incur no liability for any such cancellation or alteration.  

5. Product Refund Policy 

If you have purchased a gift voucher or any other physical product you cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. 

6. Covid 19  

Due to ever changing government health directives we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings as per the Tasmanian government health directive. We will aim to reschedule all bookings to a future date, issue redemption vouchers or provide a full refund. Full refunds are possible up until 3 days prior to date of cruise, within which we will issue a full refund less the cost of perishable produce purchased.
