Kirk from Island Coast Spirits, has entrusted us with this keg full of unique & limited premium Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky. Which is distilled from the finest quality Tasmanian ingredients with pristine Tasmanian water in an environment of the freshest of fresh air on the planet. Then, this one was put into an ex-sherry keg in October 2022, left to age for almost 2 years and is set to spend the last 3 months of this process coming into its own unique full flavour with the gentle movement of the river, while cruising with us.
